Weh-heh-hell for the few of you who don't keep tabs on me through other means, be they electronic or otherwise, I am back at the family home on the Gold Coast. I lasted a year and a half in Melbourne before succumbing to the lure of moochery.
Thus far since returning I have been most productive. I've procrastinated job-hunting three full months, watched a lot of satellite television, eaten a lot of starchy carbs and, in the past three days, Wii-d uncontrollably. Hee.
Yes so now that I am back and, until uni next year, quite unencumbered with any sort of responsibilities, I shall hopefully be getting back into digital art. I do intend to
...if by "beyond the grave" you mean "months of absence from DA."
Seeing as my new job is as clerk of a Chapel Street internet café, I think I have the time to catch up on things, and perhaps - glory of glories - even put up some new art for the first time in a thousand years.
So how's thangs? *nods and says "Uh-huh, uh-huh, really?" whilst pretending to listen* Yeah that's all very interesting. As for me, the real important one here, there's this newish job, yeah, and life in the Yabs shoptop is going quite swimmingly, and... I have a new lips-shaped beanbag... yeah, I got nothin'.
Oh wait, I've put a cam photo of my new hair up.
Now that I have your attention, I bring you this selfindulgent journal totally devoid of mentions of intercourse! Rawr. Nothin' like dashing people's feeble hopes.
Thought it was about bloody time I updated this thing. For those of you who don't know, I survived the shift to Melbourne-land, got a bit screwed over in the accommodation department in that my bloody best friend lost her mind and kicked us out for having two people over (I still love her, of course), and have been bludging off of various people since.
But now, my big news, bum da-da dum: I've got a place! And I'm moving in in a bit over a week, with my friends from Moruya, H
Wow! I have to say, I love your art! But beyond that, you have totally AWESOME taste in fandoms!!!! It's hard to find other people as fanatic about Harry Potter and Futurama as I am. It's so cool! I'm not alone! WOO HOO!
Really, I love your pics! They're fantastic! I loved the "Futurama-fied" one!
WHOA. This is weird. I was down at the GC this weekend at Mel & Amelia's 21st and I was talkin to Casey and I told her I had a DA page and she was like...so does my sister! And she gave some ridiculously vague answer bout what your username was...but naywho blah blah blah and here I am am!
*hehe* I don't think you even know me. I'm Rosie Johansen...I think I met you once when I came down to the gold coast meeting aaaaaaaaaages ago. Don't be weirded out...
Rightio. I'll be going now. I think I'll watch you (^_^)
ps. I loooove TGS..."Corn is no place for a mighty warrior!"
